Role Overview
- Responsible for proposing efficiencies to increase productivity of all stores in the country
- Leading the development of a trading and service culture within the retail back office (RBO) and field teams
- Motivating and inspiring Market field and retail back office teams to meet or exceed commercial goals and KPI’s
- Implementing compliance with Global Retail CoE processes and standards for field and RBO operations
- Leading District and Store Managers to ensure high quality Store Management performance
- Ensuring high shopping experience and maximizing profitability from the store portfolio
- Making recommendations to the Retail Director on commercial opportunities by analyzing retail KPI’s and local retail trends
Requirements
- University degree in industrial engineer or similar careers
- Minimum 3 years experience in roles related to optimization and efficiency
- Advanced level of english
- Advanced level of excel
