About this role

Analyze client needs, their processes and internal structures, and translate them into digitized processes and integrations.
Identify areas for improvement often before the client recognizes them.
Lead end-to-end integration projects, from concept to production, coordinating with client teams and external partners.
Ensure requirements are documented, understood, and correctly implemented across all stakeholders.
Test and validate APIs.
Spot when documentation does not match reality.
Contribute to improving our internal tooling (sales, marketing, customer success).

Master’s degree in engineering, management information systems, or equivalent background.
Initial analytical experience (consulting, BA, PM, integration) or a role with significant impact.
Structured data: JSON, REST APIs, webhooks.
Able to read API documentation.
Fluent in French and English.
Experience with low-code and AI tools (Claude Code, n8n, Cursor, Lovable, Make, Zapier).

Remote work: very flexible (1 day/week in the office).
Mentorship: you work directly with the CEO and CPO, not through middle management.
Equipment: chosen according to the employee’s preferences and needs (laptop, monitors, etc.).
