Develop annual and medium
to long-term service strategies aligned with company objectives;
Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitive dynamics to formulate strategic and marketing recommendations;
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), to support service expansion;
Propose strategies that optimize the entire service organization from a holistic, corporate perspective.

Hands-on experience in strategic planning, business planning, marketing, or consulting;
Ability to conduct market, competitor and customer analyses and translate insights into strategic actions;
Experience in evaluating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or partnership analysis is a plus;
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English or Japanese (spoken and written);
Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and think holistically;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
