Coordinates the preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification, prepare Analysis and explanation of budget variances
Review profit and loss and balance sheet statements accounts to support operational efficiencies and budget achievement.
Month End Data and variances Review, controls, tracks and reports capital and asset investment programs, including overseeing approvals, tracking actual to budget, meeting program targets and ensuring appropriate accounting treatment.
Lead and monitor business initiatives for cost improvement/reduction.
Month end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters, including data and variances review.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial reporting packages to Senior Management.
Ensure and improve internal controls based on Corporate Policy and Directives to keep clean internal and external audit reports.
Communicates and educates other departments on the cost center spending and variances, change management tracking and quoting.
Creates business cases and business models to provide a decision-making base for new business acquisition, support for offering programs / sales quoting to external customers.
