Lead end-to-end logistics improvement projects, integrating processes, people and technology, with a focus on productivity, service level, cost and operational scalability
Lead multidisciplinary logistics projects involving Logistics, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Production, IT, Finance and external partners
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, lead-time reduction, layout optimization, material flow and capacity
Act as the link between logistics operations and digital solutions
Evaluate, design and implement logistics technology solutions, such as WMS, TMS, warehouse automation, handheld data collectors (RF scanners) and operational dashboards
Manage project schedules, risks, costs and operational impacts
Lead change management efforts, including communications, training and user adoption
Measure and report results related to productivity, OTIF, inventory accuracy and logistics cost
Requirements
Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping)
Solid understanding of technology applied to logistics, beyond theoretical concepts
Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without formal authority
Results-driven and hands-on profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
