- Native level Japanese and business level English or vice versa
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
- Proven track record in client negotiation and project execution
- Experience in overall project management
- Understanding of the system landscape used by Japanese automotive OEMs and suppliers
- Southeast Asia related consulting experience
