About this role
Role Overview
Owning day-to-day commercial management of existing International and Regional Omni-Channel Licensees
Working closely with partners to activate brands in-market
Supporting partners on category positioning, promotional depth, and cadence
Partnering with Brand and Marketing teams to translate brand strategies into practical market and trade plans
Leading development, execution, and tracking of JBPs with partners
Leading regular partner connects, performance reviews, and escalation management
Acting as the internal champion for Omni-Channel partners
Supporting annual planning cycles, innovation planning, and budget development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum six+ years’ experience in FMCG Commercial, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Omni-Channel roles
Experience managing established partnerships and complex stakeholder environments
Strong relationship management skills
In-depth understanding of FMCG commercial fundamentals
