Identify automation opportunities, propose improvements and promote process changes; develop bots and drive enhancements, ensuring the full automation lifecycle.
Develop automations using Blue Prism and Power Automate following best practices and established governance, and flag potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
Execute testing of developed solutions and work with autonomy and an owner mentality throughout all project phases as part of a multidisciplinary squad composed of the RPA Projects team, the Control Room team and the client area.
Manage the execution of bots in production, ensure maximum efficiency and optimal SLAs for the client area, identify potential impacts and implement continuous process improvements.
Maintain direct interfaces with multiple areas across AZZAS 2154.
Requirements
Degree in Automation Engineering, IT or related fields.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability to interact with various client areas.
Logical and analytical reasoning, systems thinking to analyze processes and suggest improvements, and an ownership mindset to drive change.
Experience with process automation and Fundamental Blue Prism, Power Automate or Python certification.
Advantage: knowledge of programming languages.
