Conduct negotiations related to possessory and property disputes, seeking swift, lawful and balanced solutions;
Represent clients in extrajudicial negotiations, ensuring agreements for vacating premises and regularization of possession;
Draft notices, settlement agreements and legal instruments related to negotiations;
Prepare and file legal actions, such as actions for recovery/reinstatement of possession, eviction and immission of possession, monitoring the entire procedural course;
Participate in conciliation and evidentiary hearings, ensuring the technical and strategic defense of the client’s interests;
Maintain communication with public agencies, court officers (bailiffs) and other parties involved to ensure the effectiveness of decisions.
Requirements
Law degree (complete)
Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association)
Proficiency in Real Estate (Property) Law and Civil Law, especially in possessory actions;
Practical experience drafting and managing lease, purchase-and-sale contracts and extrajudicial agreements;
Experience in complex negotiations and conducting procedures for amicable vacating of premises;
Ability to perform strategic case analysis and legal risk assessment;
Clear communication skills, persuasive ability and conflict mediation skills;
Resilience, measured empathy and a pragmatic attitude in tense situations.
