About this role
Role Overview
You will be actively involved in processes and day-to-day operations as part of a motivated, dynamic team.
Through collaboration with global cross-functional partners, you will gain exposure to other areas across the BMW Group, such as market research, vehicle development, and project management.
You will also support comprehensive analyses of design-relevant topics within the direct and indirect competitive environment, with a focus on the EU, US and CN regions.
You will contribute to synthesizing findings and preparing presentations for employees and leadership.
You will gain experience across the entire process and actively contribute your creative skills and ideas.
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, product or industrial design, design management, business administration, or a comparable field.
Knowledge of the BMW Group product portfolio as well as the direct and indirect competitive landscape.
Interest in design and mobility topics; knowledge of digitalization and UX/UI is an advantage.
Confident user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; strong skills in graphic design and the ability to create audience-appropriate presentations.
Experience working with AI-assisted tools and platforms.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Good German and English language skills.
