Requirements
You have a strong foundation in computer science, typically from a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
You have experience building and shipping high-quality software, and you care about the people who use what you build
You're excited about working with LLMs and AI in a real production environment, not just demos
You're comfortable across the full stack and can move between frontend, backend, and data concerns
You're keeping up with trends in LLM coding agents to multiply your engineering impact
You enjoy working closely with end users (in this case, clinicians) and iterating based on their feedback
We'll be especially excited if you: Have experience building tools for clinicians, healthcare workers, or other professional workflows
Have worked with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering, evaluation, or agent architectures
Have experience with clinical data or healthcare systems
Have previously worked in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment
