Test and iterate on voice agents to streamline patient onboarding
Improve our AI-generated messaging framework and expand into new communication modalities
Own large product areas end-to-end, with the opportunity to build net-new products from scratch
Partner with data science to analyze engagement patterns and turn insights into product improvements
Requirements
You have a strong foundation in computer science, typically from a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
You have experience building and shipping high-quality software, ideally in growth, engagement, or outreach-oriented products
You're comfortable working across the full stack and moving between frontend, backend, and data tooling
You're excited about applying AI and LLMs to real product problems, not just experimenting with them
You're keeping up with trends in LLM coding agents to multiply your engineering impact
You enjoy rapid experimentation and are comfortable with ambiguity.
Have experience building outreach, messaging, or communication systems at scale
Have worked with voice AI, conversational agents, or similar technologies
Have experience with data pipelines, analytics, or experimentation frameworks
Have previously worked in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment
