Shape how patients experience Pomelo from their very first interaction, making enrollment and early engagement feel seamless and personal
Craft accessible, polished user experiences that work for all of our patients, including those who may not be tech-savvy
Take ownership of large product areas end-to-end, from technical design through shipping and iteration
Sit at the intersection of product, design, and clinical care, turning real patient needs into features that improve outcomes

You have a strong foundation in computer science, typically from a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
You have experience building and shipping high-quality software using languages like Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, or similar
You have experience developing applications with modern front-end frameworks like React
You care about crafting great user experiences and sweat the details that make a product feel polished
You're keeping up with trends in LLM coding agents to multiply your engineering impact
You enjoy tackling complex problems and avoid unnecessary complexity.
We'll be especially excited if you:
Have experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile development
Have worked on consumer products where engagement and retention were key metrics
Have prior experience in AI/ML, natural language processing, or building agent-based systems
Have previously worked in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
