Assist in identifying and addressing customer needs
Coordinate activities with team to design, develop, and maintain data analysis and BI applications and tools
Support developing, refining, and implementing automated business processes
Compile data and analyses to inform business decisions
Assist with identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, including coursework in accounting, finance, and/or operations
Interest in or exposure to commercial real estate concepts
Excellent attention to detail
High level of familiarity and comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and BI software like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
