Conduct Onboarding video & audio consultations with members at the beginning of their program.
Address any high-level questions a member may have on the program and create the foundations for long lasting behavioral change.
Work through the Sword Portal to process information shared by the member to build a brief for the treatment PT.
Create handoff notes for the treatment PT to correctly follow the member.
Ensure high levels of member satisfaction from the start, setting the stage for continued program participation and success.
Requirements
Must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
Experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders (Sports background is a plus!).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage members.
Creative thinking and adaptability to a hands-off, remote approach.
Hard-working and capable of managing the pressures of a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, prescribed between 10 and 25 hours per week, with the expectation that the hours prescribed are the hours worked.
Minimal to no hours are available to be worked on the weekends.
