Role Overview
- Support month-end and quarterly closing activities
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor work orders, overheads, and cost performance
- Support internal and external audits (including SOX compliance)
- Ensure accounting compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP
- Collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and program management teams
- Provide financial analysis and performance reporting to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in controlling or accounting (manufacturing environment is a plus)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
