Requirements
10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including building and scaling high-performing software teams.
Proven ability to design and deliver complex, cloud-native products (SaaS, microservices, data platforms, or security products).
A strong background in data security, secure system design, data protection, cloud platforms, or related technical domains.
Deep knowledge of modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automation, testing, telemetry, quality, DevSecOps.
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering groups and business functions, synthesizing diverse perspectives into clear, actionable decisions.
A passion for developing people—growing leaders, elevating talent, and inspiring teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent engineering to executives, customers, and partners.
Experience with AI-led development techniques across the full engineering flow is a strong plus.
