Act as a primary technical resource for projects across Synapse various product lines
Maintain the technical information on the interoperability of the various product lines in Fujifilm
Work with development to define new product features and enhancements/fixes to current product features
Design and Help Develop Serviceability Tools to better deploy and troubleshoot
Deliver consistently high level of customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
12+ years of experience in Synapse PACS, Synapse EIS, Synapse Cardiovascular, Synapse VNA, Synapse Pathology, Synapse Mobility, and/or Synapse Analytics Products
12+ years in the deployment of third party hardware and software infrastructure and solutions
12+ years working with development teams as a primary point of contact for features and requests
Expert level knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.)
