Operate as part of a product-driven, agile organization that prioritizes research, client feedback, and fast iteration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define, design, and deliver exceptional user experiences
Design intuitive, elegant interfaces across desktop, web, and mobile platforms using industry best practices
Leverage data, user research, and feedback loops to validate design decisions and continuously improve UX
Lead end-to-end design processes including ideation, prototyping, high-fidelity mockups, and implementation support
Partner with Product Management to translate customer insights and business requirements into innovative features
Apply a systems-thinking approach to create scalable, component-based solutions within our design system
Help evolve and maintain our internal design system, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms
Contribute to a culture of design excellence by mentoring peers, sharing feedback, and presenting work to stakeholders
Stay informed on industry trends in fintech, trading, and emerging tech—including AI—to drive forward-thinking design
Explore AI-powered prototyping and interaction design to help us stay ahead of the curve
Requirements
3–5 years of UX and/or UI design experience in a SaaS environment
Strong proficiency in Figma, with a robust portfolio showing polished product designs and design system usage
Expertise in UX fundamentals including layout, spacing, hierarchy, prototyping, journey mapping, and conversion-focused flows
Experience with scalable design systems and component libraries
Ability to design, prototype, and iterate quickly in response to feedback
Comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and advocate for design decisions
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, InVision, Axure, or similar.
