Role Overview
- Establishing and maintaining guest services
- Overseeing and being accountable for the operations of an established store footprint
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise
- Driving sales, operational, and customer service metrics
- Monitoring sales activities and feedback surveys
- Conducting ongoing coaching sessions with employees
- Conducting monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent in experience
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- Prior experience or involvement in sales training, leadership development, customer/client service
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization.
