Serve as the finance SME for product costing, cost accounting, and manufacturing accounting for SC Surgery Transcend 2.0 deployments.
Support Transcend 2.0 solution confirmation, fit-gap analysis, design validation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Provide deep expertise in standard costing, inventory valuation, COGS, production and purchase price variances, and intercompany manufacturing flows.
Act as a financial systems SME, partnering closely with IT and global finance process owners (SAP S/4HANA FI/CO).
Support data readiness and master data alignment activities impacting costing and manufacturing finance.
Partner with plant finance, supply chain, and operations leaders to ensure accurate and compliant costing outcomes.
Participate actively in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Support go-live readiness, cutover activities, and post go-live stabilization (hypercare).
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and playbooks for costing and finance systems processes.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement across manufacturing finance and costing processes.
Manage assigned finance workstreams as a project manager, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
7+ years of finance experience, with strong emphasis on cost accounting and manufacturing finance.
Demonstrated expertise in standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis.
Hands-on experience with financial systems; SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting finance or ERP transformation initiatives.
Proven project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
