Role Overview

• The Recruiter will collaborate with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers and Small & Midsized Business Owners to proactively identify, promote and fulfill hiring needs.
• Recruiters will ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains qualified Candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline.
• Must be dedicated and hard worker as this position requires dedication and persistence as well as great time management skills.
• Looking for someone that is comfortable cold calling candidates and C-Suite Executives that are in need of Top Talent.
