Assist in testing, refining, and improving Copilot‑based enablement agents (e.g., Ask Sales–style agents) to ensure outputs are accurate, concise, and field‑safe.
Help draft and refine agent instructions, prompt patterns, and guardrails that produce consistent, customer‑appropriate outputs aligned to enablement goals.
Partner with Enablement stakeholders to identify high‑value AI use cases (e.g., competitive prep, discovery questions, enablement content discovery, proof‑of‑value framing).
Analyze usage patterns, qualitative feedback, and common failure modes to recommend improvements that increase trust and adoption of AI tools in the field.
Support how AI tools are introduced through enablement channels (e.g., enablement sessions, short demos, or quick‑start guidance) so sellers understand when and how to use them effectively.
Help document AI usage guidelines, examples, and “what good looks like” patterns that scale AI adoption responsibly across the field.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field with a graduation date NO earlier than Dec 2026.
Strong interest in applied AI, generative AI, and agent‑based workflows (experience through coursework or projects is sufficient)
Ability to think critically about output quality, trust, and usability, not just technical capability
Strong written communication skills and comfort explaining AI concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar enterprise AI tools
Experience with prompt engineering, conversational design, or AI UX patterns
Interest in sales, enablement, or go‑to‑market workflows in enterprise software
Basic understanding of data governance, access control, or responsible AI concepts.
