About this role
Role Overview
Troubleshoot and resolve various technical incidents for Acronis' corporate customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Interact with Engineering and Business departments to resolve complex issues
Train and mentor junior team members
Develop documentation and technical articles
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role
Fluent English (both written and verbal)
Windows Server experience
Linux/UNIX management skills
Networking analysis with tools like Wireshark
Virtualization expertise in VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc.
Good communication skills and customer service focus
Ability to prioritize and switch between time-sensitive issues
