Assist Finance Manager in preparation of annual budget, working closely with License Directors, regional teams, and business units
Prepare variance analysis of revenue actuals versus prior year, budget, and forecast
Distribute monthly revenue forecasts based on licensee forecasts and feedback from the Licensing Team
Communicate monthly revenue results to regions, brand teams, & SBU’s
Support the build of presentations to leadership teams
Maintain database of licensees and contracts
Continually evaluate process and control improvement opportunities
Handle ad hoc requests & other special projects

BS in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills
Fluent in English
3 years of finance experience
Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate, aggregate, filter, and summarize large data sets into actionable insights
Ability to work independently; self-motivate
Ability to critically think and connect financial data with business knowledge
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and deliver results
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP or equivalent is a plus.
Possess leadership qualities in accountability, integrity, respect, vision, boundarylessness, stretch, and speed.
