Responsible for developing and managing all staff training.
Support Subject Matter Experts in course planning, development, and evaluation.
Proactively support employee development and make resource recommendations.
Develops and administers ongoing performance feedback system.
Leads new employee orientation and serves as primary facilitator.
Develops, plans, and executes annual employee engagement activities.
Maintain LMS (Engagedly) for delivery of all online training, compliance, and record keeping.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

5 years of demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs
Knowledge of learning strategies
Proficiency with Google suite and/or MS Office
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-directed and work well on a geographically distributed team
Experience developing LMS training materials.
Experience in data collection, analysis, and written reports summarizing data collected.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team.
