As part of the Customer Success Management team, you are the primary contact for HSS GmbH’s key accounts and for all services contractually agreed with the customer.
Support and advise customers of IQVIA HSS GmbH.
Promote customer satisfaction by optimizing and supporting the customer's organizational processes.
Responsibility for the strategic planning of customer management and collaboration with sales partners, cross-functional specialist groups, and committees.
Further development of products, additional sales potential, and processes.
Securing the existing order portfolio.
Accountability for revenue growth of the customers.
Building and expanding market knowledge and market competence, as well as monitoring customers and competitors within the scope of the existing business.
Participation in projects as well as organization of training sessions and workshops.
Attendance at conferences and support in organizing customer events.
Requirements
Knowledge of the German healthcare market and the statutory health insurance (GKV) environment.
Strong communication skills, a confident manner, and persuasive expression and argumentation skills.
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (preferably a degree in economics/business administration or a technical field) or possess equivalent practical, hands-on experience.
Knowledge of product, sales, and marketing topics.
Independent, proactive, and target-oriented working style with assertiveness.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Highest level of loyalty, discretion, and confidentiality.
Good command of English.
