Role Overview
- Contribute to achieving Operating Plan targets for the Polish Industrial Gases business
- Month-end close review results reporting
- Prepare the monthly/quarterly report package for the Business Area Reviews
- Quarterly formal forecasts for the fiscal year
- Responsible for preparation of the yearly Operating Plan
- Provide proactive business support on customer profitability, price/margin analysis
- Monitor Capex and facilitate cost control
- Contribute to business meetings and communicate effectively
- Assist with preparing the “Cost to Serve” standards
- Work with Supply Chain, Customer Engineering, Operations to understand costs
Requirements
- Relevant financial background and experience
- University degree (finance, economics, business, engineering, accounting, MBA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good systems knowledge (SAP, Analysis/Business Warehouse)
- Excellent Office skills (MS Excel used extensively)
- BI tools: BEX, Qlik Sense are beneficial
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Languages: Polish and English required
