Work closely and continuously with customers to develop purpose-built software products
Identify and develop creative solutions in collaboration with other product teams and R&D
Establish and lead scalable technology products in the automotive sector
Define and deliver inspiring product releases as part of our in-house product development
Develop a clear roadmap, conduct behavior analyses and feedback evaluations, and continuously optimize products using KPIs
Take responsibility for the lateral leadership of an interdisciplinary team of developers

Degree in business administration, (applied) mathematics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment
Pragmatic, use-case driven working style; able to maintain focus on complex issues
Experience with portfolio prioritization, new product launches, pricing strategies, and financial metrics
Strong analytical skills, ability to structure complex topics, high level of initiative
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Nice-to-have: professional experience in the tech/digital sector or insurance industry
