Strengthen the Developer Experience team in further developing the Application Operations Platform of the Bundesdruckerei Group
Automate IT processes (Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, test automation)
Independently perform administration and configuration tasks
Evaluate new technologies and pursue continuous professional development in the relevant area
Develop managed services to simplify development and operations processes
Provide technical and technological advice to product owner and software engineering teams on product and project requirements
Design and develop microservice architectures
Document work results and systems in ticketing and knowledge platforms

Completed degree in computer science or a comparable field, or an IT-technical vocational qualification with relevant professional experience in a comparable role
Basic understanding of DevOps principles and a strong interest in applying them in practice
Practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deploying large software applications is advantageous
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes; ideally experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Istio
Basic knowledge of Java, microservice architectures, and API design (REST, messaging)
Ideally experience with logging (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana) and monitoring (Prometheus/Alertmanager, Grafana)
Analytical, service-oriented working style and enjoyment of working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)
