Role Overview
- Primary point of contact for clients on legal matters
- Comprehensive legal advice, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Drafting expert opinions, position statements, appeals, and lawsuits
- Independent handling of appeal and legal remedy proceedings
- Support during tax audits
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics/business administration, or qualified lawyer (Volljurist), tax advisor (Steuerberater), or Diplom-Finanzwirt
- In-depth tax knowledge
- Enjoy working on complex issues
- Team player with a strong commitment
- Structured and independent working style
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Confident communication skills in very good German and good English
