Design robust forecasting models based on modern Bayesian frameworks
Use machine learning and automation to scale analyses and accelerate insights
Perform Monte Carlo simulations for scenario planning and decision support
Use geospatial analytics to assess market, location, and retail performance
Further develop methods such as causal inference, incrementality, attribution, and NLP
Develop modern analytical models that demonstrate how marketing measurably contributes to company growth — from media effectiveness to customer lifetime value
Work in a multidisciplinary team of Data Science, Strategy, and Automation to advance data-driven marketing measurement and optimization
Collaborate with consulting and strategy teams to translate analysis results into clear, actionable business recommendations
Requirements
A successfully completed degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field — e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Marketing Analyst — ideally with a strong focus on statistical modeling and marketing analytics, preferably from an agency or other dynamic environment
Deep understanding of marketing effectiveness, consumer behavior, and growth strategies
Proven expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, Customer Lifetime Value models, and forecasting
Excellent proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as PyMC, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, Prophet, or TensorFlow
Experience applying machine learning and automation to accelerate analytical workflows
Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and common visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Ability to communicate complex statistical results in a clear and strategic manner
Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative working style
Knowledge of information security and information security awareness
