Requirements
5+ years of experience in social production, digital strategy, or video-first content growth, with a proven track record of scaling accounts through original video content.
Demonstrated experience managing at least one direct report and owning performance outcomes.
Strong editorial judgment. You can consistently identify high-retention moments within long-form content and understand why they will perform on specific platforms.
Deep platform fluency across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging formats, with a clear understanding of distribution mechanics and platform culture.
AI-forward operator who actively integrates AI into creative and production workflows to increase speed, output, and iteration.
