About this role

Lead a nine-person team in financial accounting both technically and organizationally
Take responsibility for proper accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), including monthly and annual financial statements
Ensure smooth processes and perform account reconciliations
Work closely with adjacent departments
Continuously optimize accounting structures, processes and systems
Act as the primary contact for tax advisors, auditors and authorities
Provide decision-relevant financial information and support business and strategic company processes
