Responsible for all aspects of filling open positions including partnering with HRBP's, hiring leaders and leadership to hire top talent for Children's by anticipating and filling business needs.
Partner with Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies to achieve short and long term hiring needs in the organization.
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process including, selection of best advertising venues, source applicant pools, attending career fairs screen applicants, interview and present top candidates to managers, offers and ensure the successful completion and start of the on-boarding process.
Requirements
2 years directly related HR experience, to include hands on recruiting.
Bachelors degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a Web-based recruiting environment.
Exposure to change management and project management.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and act independently in order to balance and evaluate processes to impact change.
