Role Overview
- Lead and mentor a cross functional team of engineers
- Drive design, development, testing, integration, and support of software products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, marketing, and customer teams
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career development
- Interface with senior management to report milestones and influence product direction
- Promote secure development practices and ensure compliance with SDLC standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise-scale software development
- 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization, and Active Directory
- Strong understanding of security concepts and IAM use cases
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit)
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
