Role Overview

- Handle customers’ enquiries via telephone and emails

- Perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 1 years’ work experience in customer service sector
- Work experience in banking or financial institutions field will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- English and Chinese word processing
