Role Overview
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and support for Air Force RPA Operations Centers
- Ensure around-the-clock connectivity and video dissemination
- Configure LANs/WANs and firewalls
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Document and maintain key systems
Requirements
- Security+ certification (per DoD 8570.01)
- An active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS
- IP routing
- Long-haul transport
- NSA Type 1 crypto devices
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
