Will work with a focus on Recruitment and Selection.
Responsible for posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, monitoring candidate status, and supporting the process of closing vacancies, ensuring organization and agility in the department's tasks.
Requirements
Higher education in progress or completed in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
Advanced/Fluent English required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience or prior exposure to Recruitment and Selection (a plus)
