Prepare and file sales and property tax returns across multiple jurisdictions throughout the US.
Perform general ledger account reconciliations and prepare related journal entries.
File unclaimed property reports and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Process property tax bills; upload data into the accounts receivable system.
Maintain a nationwide tax calendar to ensure timely filings and payments.
Conduct tax research related to sales and property tax issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a tax role, with emphasis on sales and property tax.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Familiarity with tax research tools such as Avalara Tax Research and Vertex.
Experience with the Property Tax Management System (“PTMS”) from TCI, Inc. is a plus.
