About this role

Gather, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements;
Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications;
Prepare documents such as requirements specifications, use cases and process flows;
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams and other areas involved;
Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying doubts;
Identify risks and impacts of requirement changes during the project lifecycle;
Ensure traceability of requirements and their validation with users;
Work collaboratively using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or in a similar role;
Knowledge of elicitation techniques and requirements documentation;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps);
Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders;
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Experience in software development and system architecture is a plus;
Experience in large-scale projects and complex systems;
Experience with acceptance testing and requirements validation.
