Create roadmaps for the transition of our existing Navision landscape to the new Business Central environment
Continuously improve our template and reliably implement customer requirements
Scout and evaluate new technologies
Develop the sourcing strategy (make-or-buy) and optimize SLAs
Provide functional leadership of the product team with a focus on strengthening employees' self-organization and the team's professional development
Responsibility for the product budget

Successfully completed university degree in IT, Business Administration or a comparable field
Comprehensive professional experience with ERP software and its implementation
Experience in budget, project and personnel management with successfully developed and implemented IT solutions — international experience a plus
Knowledge of agile methods such as OKR, DevOps, SCRUM and modern leadership approaches
Business-fluent German and English
