Establish automated quality gates (tests, SAST/DAST, dependency analysis).
Implement deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, automatic rollback).
Configure and track DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR).
Optimize pipeline runtime (smart caching, parallelization, efficient builds).
Enable engineering teams to adopt standards (office hours, pairing, documentation).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Provisioning: Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules.
Implement self-service provisioning (scripts, CLI, portals).
Automate environment configuration (dev, staging, prod) following corporate standards.
Ensure consistency across environments via versioned and tested IaC.
Implement security-by-default policies (IAM, secrets management, network policies).
Integrate observability by default into infrastructure and applications.

Containers: Docker and Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, Helm).
Automation: Python, Bash, or Go for scripting and tooling.
Git: Advanced workflows (branching strategies, PRs, code review).
Quality gates: SAST/DAST, dependency analysis, and automated testing.
Preferred / Additional Experience (Nice-to-haves): Experience with Backstage, Port, or Humanitec.
CI/CD integration with Datadog (Deployment Tracking, DORA metrics).
Practical implementation of DORA metrics.
Blue-green, canary, feature flags, and progressive delivery.
Integrating observability into pipelines.
DevSecOps and shift-left security practices.
Advanced pipeline optimization (caching, parallelization).
Building self-service developer tools.
Behavioral Competencies (Critical): End-to-end ownership and accountability.
Consistent presence and proactive communication.
