About this role

Provides direction and overall implementation of Regulatory and Accreditation plan of correction to maintain survey readiness
Promotes the advancement of patient safety, enhanced patient experience, quality performance, and regulatory/accreditation compliance at all centers
Drives consistency in processes and creates opportunities for improvement
Facilitate Plans of Correction (POC) to ensure their quality and timely completion
Assist in development and review of policies and procedures that ensure alignment with accreditation standards
Collaborate with Center Administrator and Corporate leadership on improvement efforts
Provide education regarding standards and processes
Ensure timely documentation of survey activity
Conduct survey performance readiness assessments

Five+ years’ experience in Nursing/Healthcare
Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University in Nursing or related Healthcare field
2+ years’ Clinical experience in an Ambulatory Care setting
3+ years in a leadership position preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Team
Experience required in Adobe
