Conduct individual and couples and group counseling
Ensure referral for appropriate behavioral health follow-up of any psychological disorders
Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and referral of clients
Work with clients to establish individual treatment plans
Provide immediate intervention and risk assessment
Report suspected child abuse and domestic abuse/violence to local authorities
Participate in quarterly quality assurance procedures
Maintain counseling case documentation
Requirements
Minimum educational qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or clinical or counseling psychology
Current, valid and unrestricted clinical license or certification from a state or U.S. territory for independent clinical practice
A minimum of two years’ full-time, post-master’s supervised clinical experience
Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and electronic health records
Must maintain current clinical credentials and privileges throughout FFSP assignment
Must be physically located within a reasonable commuting distance of a military installation
