Qualified legal professional (completed legal training; attorney-at-law / radca prawny or advocate / adwokat (inactive) accepted; active bar membership not essential in daily work but sporadically relevant)
Several years of experience in commercial and business contract advisory
Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts in a business environment
Fluent professional English (C1); German or French is an asset
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise legal issues and deliver pragmatic solutions in line with contracting policies and playbooks
Client-centric mindset with strong collaboration skills
High adaptability and confidence in decision-making in a dynamic environment
