AS/400, Mainframe Developer, RPG, CLP B1

Role Overview

• Provide Level 2 support for applications built on AS400 Mainframe and Open Systems
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents escalated from L1 teams
• Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with SLAs
• Perform job monitoring, batch support, and interface validations
• Develop and maintain programs using RPG and CLP on AS400
• Work on minor enhancements, bug fixes, and CR implementations
• Conduct impact analysis, coding, unit testing, and support SITUAT cycles
• Investigate recurring issues and support root cause analysis
• Prepare technical documents, SOPs, deployment notes, and support guides

Requirements

• 3
• 5 years of experience in application development or L2 support
• Strong handson experience in RPG and CLP programming on AS400
• Good understanding of AS400DB2 job management, batch processing, and file structures
• Exposure to Mainframe or Open Systems is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Core Banking processes (BWC preferred)
