Formulate product requirements, from customer needs to technical specifications for hardware and software systems
Align requirements with relevant stakeholders and ensure a consistent requirements baseline
Perform system analyses and model workflows and processes using SysML
Contribute to the methodological development of systems engineering
Support user-centered development of medical devices and conduct usability evaluations
Identify product risks and define measures for risk mitigation
Requirements
Degree in biomedical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, technical computer science, or a comparable discipline
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, in hardware or software development for mechatronic products, requirements management / systems engineering, or in a regulated development environment
Experienced with regulatory standards for product development, ideally for medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 62366)
Knowledge of product variant management is desirable
Experience in project management
Strong organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) skills, both written and spoken — especially strong written English
