Analyze spare parts consumption trends to prevent stock-outs and maintain optimal inventory levels
Drive reduction and elimination of spare parts run outs, establish pre-production budgets, and own cost tracking and control
Lead and own the DDS process, ensuring effective communication with Operations on progress against GSUM tasks, deliverables, and performance results
Own the Start-Up Work Process from project initiation through Initial Verification and final close-out, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables
Establish the start-up communication framework and lead manufacturing readiness activities, including Current Operations Assessment and execution of resulting action plans
Define and deploy integrated start-up plans and schedules, coordinating with Engineering and Operations to achieve project-specific success criteria
Manage staffing and resource allocation for start-up activities, ensuring operational readiness and capability alignment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical)
3 years’ experience in manufacturing or FMCG company
Strong project management skills with demonstrated delivery of cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Excel and data accuracy
