About this role

Responsibility for the sales, costs and results of the stores and employees in your region
Ensuring budget compliance and achievement of sales targets
Building and maintaining a positive working environment through selection, leadership, development and motivation of your team
Analyzing and managing store performance in your area of responsibility using KPI systems
Acting as the primary interface and point of contact between headquarters and the stores
Planning, coordinating and implementing trade marketing activities in your region to sustainably increase sales

Completed commercial vocational training and/or a degree in business administration
Several years of professional experience in regional management, preferably in retail, cosmetics or fashion
Excellent German and good English skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Ability to strategically develop your own territory
Strong problem-solving skills and decisive decision-making ability
Confident and persuasive communicator
Ability to lead, motivate and passionately manage teams
Social competence combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness
